I need to change/cancel my reservation!

We always redirect to the provider's web page to complete your booking, then you'll need to touch-base with the provider directly. Not sure who your provider is? You can go to the page of your booking and get info on 24/7 support or check your credit card statements to see who charged your card.

When I click a deal on your site it tells me the price has gone up! What's up with that?

Because we're searching hundreds of other travel sites at once, sometimes there are accuracy issues from the information we're receiving from those sites. Either the site isn't updating their inventory with us, has given the wrong path or another traveler has booked the last available seat.

What is our refund policy?

Because we are a search engine, not a seller, we don't have a refund policy -- that's handled solely by the provider that booked your hotel. Not sure what company to talk to? Check your credit card statement and/or email to locate your provider's information.

Do hotel prices include Taxes and Fees?

All hotel prices include applicable taxes and fees. Any exceptions to this are any optional fees. Add-ons will have to be arranged separately with your hotel.

Where do the star ratings for hotels come from?

Star ratings are provided by the hotels themselves as well as online travel agencies that sell hotel rooms. We take that information and display what's most accurate. We understand that some of these providers are more reliable than others and take this into account when displaying the number of stars.

Can I trust a hotel's review rating?

All of our hotel reviews are by verified guests, so you know that what you're reading is legit (and not the bellhop's extended family trying to help boost reservations).

Where can I find my booking confirmation?

If you booked with one of the providers on our site, go to the provider's website to complete your purchase, then you'll need to contact the provider directly. Not sure who the provider is? Check your credit card statement to see who charged your card.

How do I get more information about the room or property's facilities?

You can find the room and property facilities in your booking confirmation.

Can I make a reservation without a credit card?

A valid credit card is needed to guarantee your reservation with most hotels. You can also make a booking using someone else’s card provided you have their permission.

Can I use a debit card to complete my reservation?

Generally hotels cannot accept a debit card to guarantee a booking. However, there are some exceptions. If your chosen hotel can accept a debit card, you will see this option when making your booking.

What is a pre-authorisation?

When you make a reservation, there may be instances where the hotel will contact your credit (or debit) card company to confirm that the card you are using is valid and hasn’t been reported lost or stolen. At this time, they may also check to see if the card has enough money to cover the transaction. This is communicated in the form of a pre-authorisation of the full amount of your reservation.

  • The hotel, however, will not proceed with the charge. The time at which your card will be charged will depend on the terms and conditions linked to your booking.
